Services
Diamond Residential provides professional exterior home services throughout Charlotte, NC and the surrounding communities. Our work includes window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof replacements and repairs, storm and insurance restoration, pressure washing and soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter guard installation, siding repair and replacement, exterior painting, holiday lighting, drywall repair, handyman services, and junk removal. Services are performed as described on our website and in any promotional materials provided at the time of booking.

Appointments & Cancellations
All appointments must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Pricing & Payments
Pricing for all services is provided before any work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless a separate written agreement has been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit and debit cards. No work will begin without a confirmed price acceptance from the customer.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe, reasonable access to the property before our team arrives. This includes removing obstacles from work areas, securing pets, and identifying any hazards or fragile areas that may need extra attention. Please notify us in advance of any pre-existing conditions — including damaged frames, screens, siding, or roofing — so we can plan accordingly. Failure to disclose known hazards may affect the scope of work we are able to complete.

Liability
While Diamond Residential takes care in performing every service, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or normal wear and tear on windows, roofs, gutters, siding, frames, or screens. We are also not liable for damage resulting from unsafe or inaccessible property conditions outside of our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the work completed, notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will make reasonable efforts to address and correct the issue. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if safety concerns, property conditions, or other reasonable factors prevent us from completing work properly.

Termination
Diamond Residential reserves the right to terminate any service agreement if the terms outlined here are not met, or if conditions at the property make it unsafe or impractical to continue. In such cases, payment will be due for any work completed up to the point of termination.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by Diamond Residential will be handled in accordance with North Carolina law.
