These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Diamond Residential. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide professional exterior services including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roofing repairs and replacements, pressure washing, and soft washing, as described on our website and promotional materials.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability. We ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices for services will be provided prior to the start of any work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit and debit cards.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property, including removing obstacles, securing pets, and identifying any hazards prior to service. You agree to notify us in advance of any fragile, damaged, or special areas that may require extra care.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care in performing our services, Diamond Residential is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or wear and tear on windows, roofs, gutters, siding, frames, or screens. We are also not liable for damages resulting from unsafe or inaccessible property conditions that are outside of our control.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address and correct the issue.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any agreement if safety concerns, property conditions, or other reasonable factors prevent us from completing the work properly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
